The class was divided into six small groups and each group was given a title related to efficiency written on small pieces of paper.

-Self Control
-Needs and Motivation
-Opennes to new ideas
-Finding and Managing Knowledge
-Proactive Approach
The students were asked to answer the following questions
1-What are the benefits of it?
2-What are the disadvantages of it?
3-How can we develope this approach?
After a 15 min preperation, they presented their answers and they shared ideas on the ways to develope each topic and they discussed why they needed to do it.
