All the students (6 classes_180 students) were divided into two groups and these groups practiced stress reselience on different days at the conference room.
In the beginning of the lesson our school counselor Büşra Nazlı talked about the symptoms of the stress reaction (cognitive,emotional,physiological,behavioral) and asked what is stressful for them.
Then they performed a meditation together with the help of the teacher. They enjoyed the meditation and and wanted to do it again once a week in their counselling lessons.
Our counselor also taught them the main points of the proper breathing and the other ways of reducing stress.
